About Us

PhotoProfessionalProblemSolver.com© is an outgrowth of over 35 years of practicing law. It started in 1970 when I was hired as a bailiff in the Indianapolis Court system as part of a "Clean Sweep" program to reform the court systems. I spent the next 4 years learning court procedure and operating the court room all while attending Indiana University Law School at the Indianapolis Campus in the evenings. I graduated with a Doctors of Jurisprudence degree May 1, 1974. I spent the next 7 years as an associate in a medium-sized law firm and then as a partner with two of my contemporaries in a  practice on the Eastside of Indianapolis. In 1981 I left that firm to set up Barratt Legal Services in order to focus entirely on "Good people when they are right".

In 1989 I joined a network group now known as the IBC chapter of Business Network International®, which has given me access  to many different businesses and the ability to refer my clients to trusted associates whom I have known for many years. My clients find that I am a resource for more than just legal issues.

The fact is I have experienced, been involved with and helped solve most problems my clients have faced many times over and continue to guide them to the best options, resources and solutions given their circumstances. The key to this service is early consultation and review of the options. I will help you get control of the situation and choose the best course of action.

Respectfully,

J Scott Barratt
