Testimonials

Shortly after I became an insurance agent, I was involved in an auto accident.  I was sure that the insurance company of the offending party would take care of me properly.  Without going into all of the gory details, I'll just say that it was surprising to me when I found out I had signed away all my rights to future treatments.  After meeting Scott through BNI I found out about  "The Rules of the Game" and could see how I had been snookered.  I will tell you: the insurance companies are not your friend (I'm not saying they are the evil empire, just saying its a business), so its nice to have a Professional Problem Solver in your corner.

Whenever one of my clients is involved in a serious accident, I don't hesitate to refer them to Scott.

Dear Clients and friends,

Identity Theft has been the fastest growing crime on both the Local and Federal level for several years. Now that the economy is slipping it is accelerating. There are several ways  it can happen, today I received an alert about the scam listed below.

Be very careful and do not be tricked by the official sounding callers.

If you have questions or need help contact me at scott@professionalproblemsolver.com Your friend,

Jury Duty Scam !

This has been verified by the FBI (their link is also included below). Please pass this on to everyone in your email address book. It is spreading fast so be prepared should you get this call. Most of us take those summonses for jury duty seriously, but enough people skip out on their civic duty, that a new and ominous kind of fraud has surfaced.

The caller claims to be a jury coordinator. If you protest that you never received a summons for jury duty, the scammer asks you for your Social Security number and date of birth so he or she can verify the information and cancel the arrest warrant. Give out any of this information and bingo; your identity was just stolen.

The fraud has been reported so far in 11 states, including Oklahoma, Illinois, Indiana and Colorado . This (swindle) is particularly insidious because they use intimidation over the phone to try to bully people into giving information by pretending they are with the court system. The FBI and the federal court system have issued nationwide alerts on their web sites, warning consumers about the fraud.

Please make sure and pass this on! Especially tell the elderly in your family, they are so easily confused, and they are the ones that are the easiest to prey on!! Thanks
