Bad things do happen to good people

Get advice early Don't wait!

Mr. Barratt,

Thanks for being there for me when I needed help. I reminber it all too well. Unfortunately, I was involved in an automobile accident with three other automobiles a few years back. I was not at fault but the responsible party did not have automobile insurance my agent seemed uninterested. Frustrated as I was, Mr. Barratt assured me there was a solution to this salient situation. First of all he told me to be patient. Secondly, he made sure I received a copy of the police report. His experience, tenacity and knowledge became quite evident as time passed. He incessantly stayed in touch with me assuring me my case would be settled even though the gentleman who ran into my automobile had no insurance. Not only was the case solved within the frame-time given to me by Mr. Barratt at our first meeting but the amount of money I received was more than satisfactory. Although not injured seriously, Mr. Barratt was also able to introduce me to experienced  medical people who in turn provided excellent medical care. My injuries healed adequately, my car was repaired with no cost to me and all turned out well. Without question, I would highly recommend Mr. Barratt to any friend, family member or associate who was in need of a personal injury attorney. I Found the secret to an endless streanm of referrals

Want to know a

my secret?

Dear friends and clients,

Have you ever wanted to escape the rat race of day to day, week to week, month to -month existence? The passage to time without your special brand of satisfying success is a burden that can only be lifted by you.

The realization of my mortality 1965 jump started an otherwise "slow" start toward my goals. I applied what I had to the task and received a Law degree in 1974. That was the easy part. Law school relates to practicing law like reading about batting relates to actual batting facing a pitch who is 90 ft. away on a hill and is throwing the small white ball at 90+mph.

The business aspect of solving other people's problems presented the bigger challenge. Faced with the coming of lawyer advertizing I needed to rework the path to my goals. In fact most people do not pick their personal lawyer form an advertisement. Rather, they ask their friends, relatives and co-workers for recommendations.

Networking was my choice for building a practice that would create a continuing source of referrals without the traditional advertizing model of "hear/see your ad 29 times" to make an impression on a possible client.

I join a group called Indianapolis Business Connection and a 2nd group called "The Network" (Now Business Network International). These were the beginnings of the IBC/BNI chapter her in Indianapolis. Fast forward Twenty plus years and PPS has 100's of sales people (no cost to the practice aka "givers gain") and is still growing.

What is this "givers gain"? BNI was the brain child of Ivan Misner (link). The concept goes back to the very beginning of humankind. We have all been told you "reap what you sow" or your "rewards in life are in portion to your contribution" or....

Interesting?

PPS is well connected to trusted members who can help. (NEW PROBLEM link hewre)
